Manufacturing Technician - Packaging (Day Shift 8:30AM - 5:00PM)
Reports to: Supervisor or Manager
Purpose Statement
The Manufacturing Technician will be primarily assigned to the Packaging area but will develop multi-disciplinary skills by alternating with other manufacturing areas such as Fractionation, Albumin Purification, IGIV Purification, and Filling to support business demands in a regulated environment governed by cGMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and clean the automatic packaging line.
- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot various packaging equipment including label verification vision systems on vial labelers and cartoners.
- Set up and operate multiple vial labelers, vial cartoners, shrink‑band machines, and other equipment related to final container labeling.
