Technician, Laboratory

We are now looking for a Laboratory Technician for our manufacturing facility in Brantford, Ontario, Industry and Water segment. Schedule is Monday to Friday, occasional work on weekends.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Autonomous and team member
• Have at least 3 years of laboratory experience
• Degree or diploma in a related chemical field (Lab Tech, Chemistry, Engineering)
• Possess a team spirit
• Experience with MS Office suite and know how to use MRP software (SAP is an asset)
• Excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal
• Strong organizational skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Quality control using titration and gravimetric analysis (inorganic)
• Manufacturing and technical support – out of spec batches, batch adjustments, boiler and cooling water, etc.
