We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation for a SaaS web application.
This project includes developing a complete user guide, admin documentation, troubleshooting materials, and feature walkthroughs. We will provide full application access, product walkthroughs, and documentation templates to support your work.
We are looking for someone who understands both technical accuracy and user experience — documentation should be precise, intuitive, and easy to follow.
Key Deliverables
-Complete User Guide (20–50 pages) in .doc format
-Feature walkthrough documentation
-FAQ and troubleshooting sections
-Glossary and quick-reference materials
-Screenshots with annotations for key workflows
-Simple diagrams where helpful
Documentation should be structured, well-formatted, and ready for internal use or publishing to a help center.
