Technical Voice Support Engineer
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Voice Support Agents to provide first-level technical assistance to international customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service through voice-based support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to international customers via phone, chat, and email.
Handle inbound customer queries and troubleshoot Level 1 technical issues while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Diagnose and resolve basic issues related to cloud services, web hosting, email configurations, website accessibility, server access, and account-related concerns.
Assist customers with password resets, account access issues, control panel navigation, and service-related inquiries.
