Drive team success at Intact as a Technical Training Unit Manager in a hybrid model. Lead and develop trainers to enhance claims employee onboarding and improve learning effectiveness.
Joining the Claims Learning & Development team, you will manage and inspire a group of trainers focused on delivering top‑notch technical training. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement while acknowledging the specific operational needs of the Quebec and Atlantic regions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4–5 years of management experience
- Robust understanding of claims operations in Quebec and Atlantic
