We have an existing opportunity to add a Technical Team Lead/Claims Adjuster to our team in Laval, QC! This position will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the province of Quebec.
Summary The Technical Team Lead serves as a senior technical reference and plays a key role in improving file quality and supporting the development of adjusters. This position is intended for an adjuster looking to move into a technical leadership role, without necessarily taking on traditional management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference for the team (complex files, settlement strategies)
