As part of RyKen's team, you will be pivotal in delivering technical support through system implementation and maintenance. Work closely with other team members to modify and install PLC software, assist electricians, and ensure customer satisfaction with our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate to modify PLC software for upgrades • Inspect and verify installations of automation systems • Support wiring and troubleshooting efforts for electricians • Educate customers on our PLC automation products • Plan layouts for PLC system component installation
