Job Description
Link-Worldwide is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support for various technologies in CommScope products. You will be the primary contact for customers, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ARRIS products.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or a related field, along with customer support experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
