Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day As Engineering Service Technical support for GIS´ Smart Spares, you will work in the project team to develop the technical solution according to customer requirements. This includes the entire process, starting with clarifying fundamental questions, identifying spare parts, defining materials and tools for repairing activities and minor modifications. Documenting best practices, standard procedures, and lessons learned. Particularly, your focus will be on our service “Smart Spares”, thereby you will develop spare part concepts, to optimize the inventory stock of our customer. In addition, you will help translate engineering technical elaborations into structured, governed data outputs that can be reused end-to-end (from inquiry to quotation and order execution), supporting standardization and data quality improvements.
