Job Description
Enhance the agricultural industry as a Technical Support Agricultural Expert. This full-time role requires both in-person and remote engagement with farmers and stakeholders.
In this position, you will prepare information sessions and provide ongoing client support after sales. Your expertise will help farmers maximize their operations through effective consultations and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office along with monitoring software will be necessary to track progress and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present advisory sessions for farming groups
• Provide subsequent support to clients post-purchase
• Ensure efficient customer service throughout engagements
• Maintain documentation with MS Office applications
• Utilize monitoring software to better track client interactions
