Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- 3 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales.
- Experience with web technologies (e.g., XML and HTTP).
- Experience designing data models or data warehouses using database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- 5 years of experience in operations management (e.g., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows).
