This role is a Technical Service Manager (TSM) within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). The TSM oversees all technical and managed service aspects of customer engagement for SAP’s Cloud ERP Private offering. The role includes advising on technical decisions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring delivery of high‑quality services across the SAP software stack.
