Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Sector Lead will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for radio product, and continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high‑volume manufacturing.
This role provides expert‑level RF technical support, leads complex failure analysis, and defines advanced RF test methodologies to ensure robust product performance, test yield, and production efficiency.
The position requires close collaboration with R&D, NPI/TPI teams, manufacturing sites and repair centers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (Product, Test, Quality, Manufacturing Eng.).
- Act as senior technical owner for radio product (LTE/NR). Provide technical expertise to global production sites(mainly Mexico, India, China), repair centers, and NPI/TPI programs.
