Technical Expertise
- Lead the internal expertise for the full spectrum of browser-based diagnostic and fleet management platforms.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Sales and Service teams regarding critical technical hurdles.
- Evaluate the severity of technical escalations and determine when direct involvement from Engineering is required.
