- Analysis of customer satisfaction studies
- Development of technical needs and requirements for the north American region
- Analysis of technical concepts and designs from a customer perspective
- Virtual evaluation of vehicle concepts and designs
- Presentation of proposals on management level
- Follow up on change requests
- Business case calculations
