As a Senior Recruiter supporting our Distribution business, you’ll own the full hiring cycle while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Distribution roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of exceptional candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of your supported Talent Communities to match candidates with the right roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing sharp market intelligence to every conversation.
