Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of wind turbine service and third-party installation projects across Canada and the U.S. The role requires strong technical wind turbine experience combined with leadership and project management skills.
This is a hybrid position based anywhere in Canada, with regular travel to MWS offices and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage wind turbine service projects in collaboration with the Head of Blades & Spare Parts
- Plan schedules, manpower, and equipment needs
- Monitor budgets, timelines, productivity, and risks
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Act as the main contact between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
