Technical Project Manager

Reporting to theVP Business Affairs - LATAM, the Technical Account Manager (TAM) acts as a key liaison between OTTera’s business development and support teams. This role works closely with management and operations to guide customers through onboarding and delivery, promote product offerings, and help align feature development with OTTera’s strategic goals.

Given OTTera’s global presence, the TAM must collaborate effectively across time zones with internal teams and select customers. The ideal candidate brings a passion for digital media and video streaming, a strong background in managing complex cross-functional integrations, and knowledge of software development across various platforms and devices. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with account leads and internal stakeholders, including product, technology, business, and executive leadership.
