Technical Program Manager

Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) – Cloud Service Provider (CSP) is seeking an experienced Advisory Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage System Integration projects for our North American hyperscale customers. This role will drive end-to-end program management, collaborating with cross‑functional teams globally to deliver innovative, high‑quality solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management : Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of Rack Solution programs, from requirements gathering, product qualification to product launch, including NPI and sustaining phase. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on‑time delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting scope, schedule, and budget.
