Technical Planner - ROP Supply Chain
Job Description
Boost operational efficiency as a Technical Planner in the Restaurant Order Planning department at Reyes Family of Businesses. Oversee system functions and improve forecasting accuracy for optimized supply chain performance.
This role demands a strategic thinker who acts as a technical liaison among ROP planners and management teams. By managing system settings and conducting thorough data analysis, you will drive improvements that align with business goals and enhance restaurant support during critical supply events. Your engagement will also focus on training initiatives and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage analytics and technical support for ROP planner issues
• Perform yield analysis and update yield reports monthly
• Ensure accuracy of forecasts using KOMPASS JDA Software
• Collaborate with the Supply & Demand Planning teams
• Lead UAT testing and training for system implementations
