Technical Planner - Restaurant Order Planning (ROP)

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The purpose of this role is to oversee all technical, system, and reporting functions within the ROP department in order to ensure business continuity, process improvement, and KPI target attainment. This role will be the point of contact for the department and cross‑functional teams on any issues related to restaurant proposals, forecasts, reporting, and systems.

• Act as the technical resource for ROP planners and Team Leads.
• The technical planner will be the primary escalation point for ROP planners relating to systems, analytics, data, and technical issues.
• Work closely with the department Manager and Team Leads on analysis, data retrieval, system management, and technical issue resolution.
• Provide technical support and analysis for restaurants and planners related to system settings and forecasts.
