Technical Operations Coordinator

As Technical Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Systems and Strategic Transformation Team and will be reporting to the Global Technical Operations Manager making sure VSI’s operational needs are covered across our technology ecosystem and on any technical initiatives for clients’ accounts and the wider business as required. In this role, you will also work with the Technology department, Senior Business Analyst, Product Manager and other VSI teams on scoping and implementing the necessary technology needed to make our processes more efficient and provide imaginative technical solutions to support the business needs.

The role would demand great organizational skills, an aptitude for technical related tasks and to be able to work on multiple initiatives while effectively switching focus between them.
