Objective
This professional will work to support the growth of the global Niobium market, within the stainless steels segment. It is expected of this professional to work with our direct customers (steel makers) and with the customer of our customers (end-users of stainless steels with Nb) for the development and optimization of Nb-bearing steel grades.

A professional who is capable to balance deep metallurgical understanding of Nb-technology in stainless steels with the business capabilities that will lead to market growth.
