Objective

This professional will support the growth of the global Niobium market within the automotive steels segment, engaging with steel makers and their OEM customers to develop and optimize automotive Nb-bearing steel grades.

Reference Professionals

A professional with deep metallurgical understanding of Nb-technology in automotive steels and business acumen to drive market growth. Must be able to lead complex technical projects, provide support to customers, and collaborate across internal teams. Requires clear understanding of the automotive industry dynamics and will travel 50-60% of the time domestically and internationally.
