Join Encore as a Technical Lighting Specialist to enhance live events. Oversee the setup and operation of advanced lighting systems while ensuring exceptional client service.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing lighting and audiovisual solutions that meet event specifications. Collaborating closely with the operations team, you'll maintain top-notch customer interactions while leading technical staff on event days. Your proactive troubleshooting skills will ensure seamless operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate setup and operation of lighting systems
• Collaborate with teams to address client needs
• Conduct inventory and manage equipment needs
• Train and mentor team members in technical skills
• Enforce safety and security procedures for all equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-4 years in customer service or hospitality
• Minimum of 2 years with moving head fixtures
