My client (FMCG) is seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Head based in Richards Bay. 

JOB PURPOSE:  
To develop and implement technical strategies towards delivery of equipment, processes and systems, in order to ensure robust, reliable and safe plant operations. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 
Technology & Innovation 
Stay abreast of technological advancements in the industry. 
Formulate strategies for improvement of technical equipment, processes and systems towards robust and reliable plant operations, for further approval. 
Policy & Procedure Formulation 
Compile and/or review policies and procedures. 
Monitor and ensure policy and procedure compliance. 
Project Planning & Management 
Develop project plans for multiple projects and manage implementation. 
Formulate project schedules and resource allocation plans.
