Shape competitive gymnastics as the Technical Director and Head Coach at HHGC. This full-time role blends program leadership, athlete mentorship, and parent engagement in a dynamic environment.
In this prominent position, you'll oversee the planning and execution of the competitive program. Your responsibilities include coaching selected gymnasts, managing staff administrative tasks, and fostering parent communication for skill development. Leading with innovative vision, you will ensure the safety and excellence of the gymnastics program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the competitive program planning and execution
• Approve all administrative tasks for coaches
• Coach and mentor specific gymnast groups
• Communicate skill development with parents
• Ensure safety through thorough equipment oversight
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree in sports or related field
• NCCP Level 2 and 3 certifications required
• Current First Aid CPR certification
