Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands‑on experience with system integration projects and data migration initiatives
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and data analysis
- Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Familiarity with API technologies, web services, and integration patterns
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
