Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Download, acknowledge receipt, and record purchase invoices, and prepare and submit the supporting document to the DIAN.
• Register expenses, cash receipts, and reconciliations.
• Review payroll and social benefits.
• Prepare sales invoices with the required supporting documents.
• Reconcile the accounts payable module, accounting records, DIAN portal, and billing system.
• Record expenses paid with credit cards and petty cash reimbursements.
• Prepare working papers for tax submissions.
• Create vendors and third parties in the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounting accounts.
• Record and classify accounting transactions in the ERP systems used by the company.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
