About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) Team Lead to join our Customer Success team in a player‑coach capacity. This role combines team mentoring with hands‑on technical customer engagement—you’ll lead and uplift a team of TAMs while managing your own portfolio of customers as a senior technical advisor.
