Experience and Education
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in at least one of the following areas: infrastructure/systems administration, networking, DevOps, compute, storage, database, big data & analytics, application‑level services, serverless, or application development in a distributed systems environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related discipline required; equivalent work experience may substitute for a minimum of 4 years.
- Proficient English communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
