Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders to architect, develop, or maintain cloud solutions in cloud environments.
- 3 years of experience managing technical teams, or serving as a team lead or mentor for technical teams.
- Experience leading technical conversations with customer stakeholders or managing escalations.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:- MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Experience managing teams focused on cloud operations, SRE, or technical account management.
