What you will do:
Act as a point of contact for customers to promote Litens products and solutions, engaging customers on new opportunities, application projects, warranty issues and product challenges, and provide direct technical and problem management support.
Gather intelligence on customer technology roadmaps, new product developments, emerging trends, competitors, market situation, and product benchmarking.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams (Sales and Engineering), clearly articulating project strategies, technical requirements, and specifications, and explaining customer system‑level technologies and Litens product interactions.
