Job Description
General Objective
Edenred is seeking a Technical Manager/Lead for Payments Software Development to lead the development, evolution, and operation of the cross-functional applications that support key business processes for electronic wallets (e.g., reconciliations, settlements, operational reporting, merchant management, commissions, chargebacks, transactional monitoring, operational back office, and internal tools). Ensure secure, scalable, and auditable deliverables with high quality standards and regulatory compliance, coordinating a team of 10 to 15 developers under agile practices and modern engineering.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Leadership and team management
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 engineers, promoting technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Define roles, priorities, growth plans, performance evaluations, and training plans.
