Overview

Tech Lead Estratégico at Officer Soft. We are looking for a Tech Lead with experience and passion to lead and inspire teams in the development of high-impact solutions. Officer Soft focuses on innovative technology for notarial and registry offices, with a national expansion plan through 2026.

Location: Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Work format: On-site. Employment type: CLT with possibility of PJ. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00–12:00 and 13:12–18:00.

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards, ensuring quality and consistency across the product lifecycle.
• Define, communicate, and align the purpose of implemented features with the team.
• Actively participate in software development and serve as a technical reference for the team.
• Provide mentoring, pair programming, and code reviews to grow the team.
