• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team through mentorship, code reviews, pair programming, and architectural guidance.
• Decompose complex features into actionable and efficient technical tasks.
• Work hands-on in approximately 60% of development activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and agronomy specialists to translate business requirements into maintainable and scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure engineering standards, quality practices, and delivery processes are consistently applied.
• Support discovery, feasibility assessments, and estimation efforts.
