Summary
Lead and coach the in-store sales team to deliver exceptional Valentino client experiences while driving sales performance and KPI achievement. Oversee daily floor operations, clienteling, product knowledge, and compliance with company procedures at the Holt Renfrew location.
Responsibilities
- Set and monitor individual and team sales and clienteling KPIs; drive performance through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure effective execution of clienteling strategy and use of digital tools such as Smart XP and MY-V XP.
- Maintain expert product knowledge, enforce product care guidelines, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Manage operations tasks including stock organization, counts, inbound/outbound planning, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, run morning briefs, onboard and train staff, and support VIP/top spender client management.
