Team Manager Corporate Communications and Initiatives
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs, the Team Manager, Corporate Communications and Initiatives is responsible for driving internal communications, employee engagement programming, channel management for Fidelity Canada and planning Corporate Affairs initiatives.
This role will lead a team responsible for the day‑to‑day management and continuous improvement of Fidelity Canada’s intranet (inSite), core employee and external‑facing programs (including The Week Ahead, Volunteerism and Voice of the Employee), and major internal campaigns, events and initiatives.
