Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and supervising day‑to‑day plant production operations, guiding and assisting employees in attainment of production and quality goals, developing and mentoring team members, and driving safety performance that meets or exceeds company targets.
Key Responsibilities (General)
- 1. Participate in the development and execution of the site’s KPIs and the company’s long‑term plan (LTP).
- Communicate and coordinate with other supervisors/managers to ensure site goals/strategies are met.
- Define resource requirements, work planning, and engage in employee scheduling activities, including tracking hours and identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements.
