Experience Required

• 4–7 years of proven experience in UK Travel Sales (Mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader role in UK Travel Sales (Mandatory)
• Strong track record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets
• Prior experience managing, coaching, or mentoring travel consultants
• Excellent airline, routing, fare, and geographical knowledge
• Extensive experience creating tailor-made international holiday packages
