Team Leader (Santiago de Querétaro)

You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient compliance with the production plan per shift while reaching the four key metrics of EHS, QFS, cost and service through proper coordination with your team members of the assigned line and efficient communication with the maintenance resources. This role is located in Queretaro.

• Detail oriented : Ensures compliance with the production plan of the corresponding shift. Leads daily revision meetings per shift to review the team performance indicators (DDS1) and updates the indicators board of the corresponding platform.
