1 Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
2 Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
3 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4 Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
5 Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
6 Keep yourself updated with the hotel s purpose and brand guidelines to create meaningful connections at every stage of touch point to make a difference in the lives of those you come in contact with every day.
7 Assists to improve productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utilitypayroll costs within acceptable guidelines.
