Herb & Fire Pizzeria in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Team Leader. Bring your leadership skills and fast casual dining expertise to ensure our guests receive exceptional service.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. You’ll lead by example, filling in where necessary, and proactively recommend improvements for operational effectiveness to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and ensure courteous service at all times
• Ensure consistency in food and beverage preparation
• Fill various roles as needed for seamless operations
• Suggest ways to enhance overall operations
• Keep the environment clean and well-organized
Requirements:
• At least one year of fast casual dining experience
• Proficient in basic math and Mobilebytes POS system
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email use
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds<...
