Responsibilities
- Support team management, coordinate unit activities, action plans, and initiatives.
- Coach and guide a team of highly experienced professionals, assign tasks, and regularly monitor progress.
- Support talent development and employee engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment.
- Use extensive field knowledge and functional authority to manage individual performance and recommend planning and execution of complex projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in a wide range of other fields and develop business positions that influence senior management.
- Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions.
- Help determine the unit’s service offer and ensure projects and activities are planned and executed.
- Meet targets on time and on budget, managing results, performance, quality, and client/partner satisfaction.
