Responsibilities

• As a Team Leader breeding, you are part of the breeding department. The department focuses on the development of new varieties for Lettuce. You will manage a team consisting of 8 colleagues including breeders and assistants. As a Team Leader, you manage a local team and interact with specialists from various departments internationally, both in breeding and operations/execution. You will also be involved in:
