Your Opportunity:

As a member of the Seniors Health management team, the Team Lead is responsible for planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their teams. This position includes recruitment, supervision, education and performance management of Health Care Aides in the Home Care environment. The Team Leader also provides nursing services within the scope of the LPN.

Description:

Supervises Health Care Aides.Providing guidance and supportive mentoring for delegated procedures.
Evaluating care given according to Health Care Aide competencies.
Reviews charting and related client care.
Suggests areas of improvement. Conducts performance conversations.
Monitors time and attendance.
Reviews and approves mileage claims and time sheets.
Collaborates with external partners to resolve concerns and promote strong working relationships.
