The Chance
We are looking for a Team Lead with demonstrable experience transitioning from manual coding to managing AI‑driven agentic workflows and tooling throughout the software lifecycle. As a Lead, you will move engineering closer to business goals by acting as the Site Foreman for a cross‑functional 8‑person team building applications to optimize customer experience.
