What Will You Do?
As a Team Lead, you will lead and support a team of Representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. You will act as the main point of contact for escalations, drive performance improvement, and collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of associates to meet performance goals and quality standards.
- Manage and resolve complex or escalated customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely solutions.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, training, and mentoring to foster growth and engagement.
- Partner with internal teams such as Quality Assurance, Training, and Process Improvement to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
