About the Role
OAT Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring clients accessing CUPS receive holistic care from the right provider at the right time. Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health, OAT, C2C, and CAMPP, the OAT Team Lead is responsible for co‑creating a caring, dignified, and trauma‑informed experience for CUPS clients.
Location: Onsite, CUPS - Ave SW, Calgary
Reports to: Manager, Mental Health, OAT, C2C, and CAMPP
Contract type: Temporary – Cover a Leave of Absence
Schedule: Full‑time, Mon to Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary: $65,621 – $69,086

- Provide leadership and coaching to assist staff with the achievement of an integrated and team‑based model of care for CUPS’ clients, identifying process and skills gaps to develop improvement plans in conjunction with the Manager of Mental Health, OAT, C2C, CAMPP;
