Team Lead – Nightshift

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role is responsible for leading a production team in assembling an entire product or component of a product. The Team Lead will train and lead others in assembly and sub-assembly operations of a basic to advanced complexity. Participate in and/or lead project teams tasked with process improvement, problem resolution, lean initiatives, and NPD launches.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Provide hands on leadership to assigned area team communicating daily schedule, goals, performance, and team member assignments
• Assist with supervisory tasks and employee performance evaluations with support of area supervisor
• Perform process audits, safety sweeps, and employee training (including TWI) as required
• Review area 6S, tools, fixtures, and material availability daily
